Our part

Store and panel

The online store and the admin panel the client runs sales from are coded by Dawid, founder of Aeris Studio.

First version of the store

September 2025

The store is live and still being developed. Changes have appeared in it every month since.

About the project

Shopping that continues when the stream is over

Olga e Roberto sells during live streams on Facebook. The online store lets customers buy between streams too, and it uses the same inventory and the same order database as the streams. The same engine serves two brands, two languages and two currencies, while the client’s team manages the home page and the product range.

Two brands

One store, two faces

Each brand has its own look, home page and product range. The cart, account and checkout are shared.

Live sales

The store knows when a live stream is on

Facebook live streams and the online store work on the same data.

What the store does

  • Live stream bar

The top of every page shows the live stream schedule and, during those hours, a notice that a stream is on right now.

  • Next live stream

The menu shows the day and time of the next live stream.

  • One inventory

A product added to the cart is reserved right away, so the same item cannot be sold twice.

  • Account and Messenger

A code valid for 15 minutes links the store account with the customer’s Messenger account.

  • Waiting list

When someone removes a product from the cart, it goes to the first person on the live stream waiting list, who gets a Messenger message.

  • One order history

The account shows purchases from the store and from live streams, with status and parcel tracking.

Product range

A catalog where products are easy to find

Product listings open quickly, and the store checks prices and availability on every visit.

  • Every color on its own

Each color of a product has its own tile, photo and link. The product page opens straight on the chosen color.

  • Filters

Color, size, material and sale, plus manufacturer in the Moda Italiana store. Selected filters are saved in the page address.

  • Search

Suggests products as you type, works without Polish characters, copes with word endings and understands product codes.

Buying

From the product page to payment

Checkout fits on a single page and does not require an account.

What the store offers

  • Product page

Photos change with the chosen color. The page also shows measurements in centimeters, composition and the lowest price in the last 30 days.

  • Cart with reservation

A product is reserved as soon as it is added to the cart. A shopper without an account has 15 minutes to finish the purchase, and the store shows a countdown.

  • Payment and delivery

PayU or cash on delivery. Courier, InPost parcel locker or pickup at a physical store.

  • Zloty or euro

Prices can be switched to euro. They are converted at the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland.

  • Receipt or invoice

The shopper picks the sales document. For a company invoice the store validates the tax ID (NIP).

  • Store account

Order history, saved addresses and invoice details.

Also

  • Discount codes
  • Favorite products
  • Newsletter
  • Online returns
  • English version

Visibility

Readable for Google, ad platforms and AI

The same catalog is prepared for search engines, ad platforms and AI assistants.

What is in place

  • AI product feed

Availability, price and measurements of every variant in one file, refreshed every 5 minutes.

  • Feeds for ads

The catalog in Google Merchant Center and Meta formats, for both brands and both languages.

  • Store description for AI

An llms.txt file describing the store and a text version of every page that AI assistants read more easily.

  • Structured data

Products, product listings, breadcrumbs and FAQs described so that search engines understand what the store sells.

  • Sitemap

Generated automatically from the database: products and categories in both languages.

  • Measurement after consent

Analytics and ad pixels load only after the visitor accepts cookies.

The illustration shows a mockup of the AI feed with rows from the store’s catalog.

Admin panel

The client’s team runs the store

Changes to the product range and the home page do not need a developer. They show up in the store within a few minutes.

From the admin panel

  • Home page slides

Separate for each brand, with a preview before publishing

Choice of products and their order

  • Categories
