2. What Data We Collect
We collect only as much data as we need: primarily what is necessary to answer your message and prepare a quote.
- Contact form: name, email address, an optional topic, and the message itself.
- Quote wizard: name, email address, optionally a company name and a message, plus your project selections (type, scale, add-ons, timeline).
- Technical data recorded when a form is submitted: interface language, IP address, and browser information (user agent).
- Ad performance data (Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Pixel), but only if you agree to it in the cookie banner.
Messages and form data go into our database. Until you give consent in the cookie banner, no tracking scripts load and no advertising cookies are set.
3. Why We Process Your Data
Every purpose has its legal basis under the GDPR. In short:
- We reply to your messages and prepare quotes. These are steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- We protect the site against spam and abuse, for example by limiting the number of submissions from a single IP address. This is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- We check whether our ads work. We do this only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
4. Who We Share Data With
We do not sell your data. We do rely on trusted providers that help us run the site:
- the hosting and infrastructure provider of the site,
- the database provider where form messages are stored,
- the email delivery provider that sends us notifications about new messages,
- Google and Meta, if you accept advertising cookies.
Some of these companies are based in the US, so data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. This always happens with GDPR safeguards in place, such as standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
5. How Long We Keep Data
We keep form messages for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting cooperation. Once they are no longer needed, we delete them.
Ad performance data is retained according to the settings of the Google and Meta tools. Your cookie banner choice is stored in your browser (localStorage) until you clear the site data.
6. Cookies
We use cookies only to measure whether our ads work. Until you give consent in the banner, we load no tracking scripts and set no advertising cookies.
Declining does not limit the site in any way. You can change your mind at any time by clearing the site data in your browser. For details, see the Cookie Policy.
7. Your Rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access your data and receive a copy of it,
- rectify your data,
- erase your data,
- restrict processing,
- data portability,
- object to processing,
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), the Polish supervisory authority.
8. Data Security
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
