1. General Provisions
These terms set out the rules for using the aeris.studio website and the free electronic services available on it. They are not a project contract. The terms of specific projects are always set in a separate agreement with each client.

2. Our Services
We build custom software. Our services cover:
- websites
- online stores
- web applications
- mobile applications
Every project runs in stages: brief, quote, build, and launch. Payment is settled after each delivered stage.
The detailed scope, price, and deadlines are always set in an individual agreement with the client. These terms do not replace that agreement.
3. Free Services on the Website
Through the website we provide two free electronic services: the contact form and the quote wizard. Both let you send us an inquiry. Using them does not require an account and does not oblige you to sign a contract.
The agreement for such a free service is concluded when you send the form and ends once we handle your inquiry. You can also simply stop using the website at any time.
To use the website, all you need is a device with internet access and an up-to-date web browser.
Submitting unlawful content through the forms is prohibited, including spam and content that infringes the rights of third parties.
4. Intellectual Property
The content published on this website (texts, graphics, logo, code) belongs to Aeris Studio. It may not be copied or used commercially without our permission.
Rights to the software we build for clients are governed by individual project agreements.
5. Complaints
If something on the website does not work as it should, or you have concerns about our electronic services, email us at the address listed in the General Provisions. Briefly describe the issue.
We respond to complaints within 14 days of receiving them.
6. Final Provisions
Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Polish law.
How we process personal data, in line with the GDPR, is described in the Privacy Policy, and how cookies work in the Cookie Policy.
We may update these terms, for example when our services or the law change. The current version is always available on this page, and the date of the last change is shown at the top of the document.
